VC Heat-seal Adhesive which is independently developed by WEIKAI is divided into two types: PTP aluminum foil adhesive and tropical aluminum adhesive, both types is used for heat sealing and bonding.
（1） PTP aluminum foil adhesive
The “CHENGYING” brand of VC heat-seal series of adhesive that our company produced are widely applied to medicine packaging. With good transparence, high strength adhesion, this series of products are perfect adhesive, and could be applied to the adhesion of PTP aluminum foil and PVC sheet during the medicine production.
Application Process
1)Environment of the workshop：Temperature between 15- 25℃, relative humidity (RH) between 45-60%;
2) Drying temperature: 100-210℃ gradient drying temperature is adopted to ensure that the upper limit of the temperature for the middle two sections reaches 190-210℃;
3) Coating machine speed: 40-60m/min is recommended, adjusted according to drying efficiency；
4) Coating dry weight: 60-80 mesh electric engraving roller is recommended, and the coating dry weight is 2.5-3.0g.

（2）Tropical aluminum adhesive
"CHENGYING" brand VC series tropical aluminum heat sealing adhesive is a heat sealing product by universal tropical aluminum and PVC rigid film. With good comprehensive performanc, it can be applied to PTP aluminum foil in one time, and has the characteristics of good coating leveling, high heat sealing strength, odorless, environmental protection, extremely low oxides and low heat sealing temperature.
