March 19-21, 2021, the 14th China International Battery Technology Exchange Conference/Exhibition（CIBF 2021）was held in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. CIBF is a regular meeting of battery industry sponsored by China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association, which is held every two years. The exhibition focuses on global power batteries, energy storage batteries, 3C batteries, various battery materials, manufacturing equipment, power and energy storage system solutions. In this exhibition, Shanghai Weikai Optoelectronics New Materials Co., Ltd. 1.Booth introduction
Through the unique formula design and process optimization, the series products of lithium-electric aluminum plastic film adhesive have a wide range of versatility and outstanding performance.
（1）Secondary adhesive VN series
Secondary adhesive VN series include high performance VN930 and general typeVN830. Match with hardener CA-N6, is suitable for PA, PET, aluminum foil and other substrates. With high bonding strength, humidity and heat resistance, and heat resistance as well as the resistance to deep drawing, the general-purpose type is suitable for 3C lithium batteries.
（2）Primary adhesive VP series
Primary adhesive VP series include high performance VP118 and general type VP318. Match with hardener CA-P2 and bond with Al/CPP, it has high bonding strength, heat and humidity resistance, heat resistance and deep drawing resistance. Among them, the high performance is suitable for power lithium batteries, and the general type is suitable for 3C electronic lithium batteries.
（3）Aluminum foil passivation treatment agent VB series
Aluminum foil passivation solution is trivalent chromium type aluminum foil surface treatment agent, in which VB108 is suitable for dry passivation, VB208 is suitable for thermal passivation. The two technologies are different in application, but both have excellent corrosion resistance, which can not only improve the electrolyte resistance of aluminum foil, but also improve the bonding strength with the adhesive, especially for the passivation treatment of lithium battery for soft package aluminum plastic film.
